Experience Matters

Experience matters when selecting a home inspector. Your home will be one of the largest purchases you will make in your lifetime. Don't put in the hands of a home inspector with minimal experience. I was Grandfathered in as a NJ State Home Inspector in 2003 before you were required to be licensed. I will personally inspect your home, not a recently licensed inspector or associate inspector. I have performed 10,000 plus home inspections and will use that experience along with a family masonry background and state of the art tools to perform a honest, detailed and thorough assessment of your home. I come prepared to work and work for you. I will crawl through and get into areas most inspectors don't or can't. I will perform the inspection to the best of my ability to protect your interest so you can make an informed decision. We will discuss the findings of the inspection while at the house and I will also provided a detailed narrative report.
